Its time to do something

Postby timooke » Thu Jan 15, 2009 11:52 am

Hi Im Brooke and are busy planning my wedding for september, the only thing stopping this time from being amazing is my weight, I haven't weighed my self in years but knew that I was over weight.

I almost died when I weighed my self yesterday and Im 107.2 kg  and Im so scared.

Now Im going to change, I know that its not going to be easy and that Im going to need alot of help, but i guess thats why Im here.

I look forward to getting to know you all so much better

Brooke

My main plan of Attack is to " MOVE MY ASS TO LOSE MY ASS" i have found that I don't eat thet badly, I just eat huge serves which I'm cutting back, the other thing is that I don't move, I do next to nothing physical, I come home from work and just sit. So now I'm planning on walking for 30 minutes each day and build it up from there.
