New here and trying to lose some weight for a couple of reasons - firstly for my own health and self esteem. I'm getting to a point where I feel self-conscious nakie in front of my partner and I'm starting to worry about my health [heart, BP, cholesterol etc]. Secondly because later this year we want to start trying to conceive, and if at all possible I'd like to be a healthier weight for the bub's sake and mine.
I'd like to lose 15kg by July, in reality I need to lose a little more than 15kg, but I'm setting that as my initial goal and I can re-evaluate when I get closer to the time or the goal.
As my title suggests, I'm really slow and slack with exercise and I'm a bit lacking in my commitment, but I need to do this for my health
