I dont really have any hard and fast goals as Im concerned that If I set a particular figure then once Ive reached that figure I will just slacken off and let it all pile on again.
Currently on the BMI scale I am apparently Obese. When I get to 105 kilos I actually become just a fat bugger!! So thats kind of a mini goal. At the moment I dont really see any long distance goal beyond that. However when I get there I might set another goal.
I do feel a hell of a lot better already. A combination I think of carrying less weight around and also eating foods that are better for me.
In my younger days I was into the bodybuilding thing and was very big and muscly but never vain. Ive always been a jeans and t shirt kinda guy. Now im a little thinner Im starting to look at clothes. If I lose too much weight I might start moisturising!!!!!!!!
