hi there im 20, 169cm tall and weigh 62kg. im an hourglass figure
my long term goal is 54kg.
my short term goal is 60kg
and my weekly goal is to loose 1kg
im also training to complete a half marathon and would like to complete a full marathon this year.

very open to suggestions and comments!

Hi, welcome to the site, am sure that with healthy eating and regular exercise you will lose weight. Dont be too worried if you dont lose that 1kg a week, anything from 500g to 1kg is healthy but having less to lose may mean you might lose less each week but remember any loss is heading into the right direction.
Start weight: 98kg April 2008
22/12/08- 80.7kg
29/12/08- 81.8kg
04/01/09- 81.6kg
12/01/09- 81kg
19/01/09- 80kg
09/02/09- 79.3kg
Next goal 75kg

yeah i probably wont do one kilo a week but its good to aim for!
