I'm new here and so far have loved reading about everyone's stories. Well here's my story.
I have been overweight for most of my life. When I was about 14 I did lose about 7-8 kilograms and was feeling very fit and energetic. I had to lose this weight because I was asthmatic. However though I slowly put the weight back on and enough is enough. It is time to lose the excess baggage.

Monday Morning: Dumbbell Weights Program
My Trainer has given me a weights program to do in sections. Each section consists of 3 sets lifting 3 kg weights. I am know in my 5th week of doing the weights program. I will list the reps that I started out doing and what I am doing know in brackets next to each exercise.
This consists of
- Dumbbell Side Raises (10) (12)
- Dumbbell Front Raises (10) (12)
- Dumbbell Press's (10) (12)
The above exercises are done at the start of the routine because I had shoulder problems. So this is done to strengthen the shoulders and also to warm them up.
- Upright Rowing (10) (20)
- One Arm Rowing (10) (20)
- Lunges (10) (14)
- Side Bends (10) (20)
- Dumbbell Curls (10) (20)
- Dumbbell Triceps (10) (20)
- Dumbbell Forearms (10) (20)
On Monday Afternoon's I go to the gym and do some cardio. I generally burn about 300 calories, sometimes more

Consists Of: Al done on sections
- Seated Cable Row
- Lat Pulldown
- Shoulder Press
- Dips and Chin Assist
- Incline Press
- Pec Fly
- Abdominal Machine
- Lying Leg Curl
- Seated Leg Curl
- 90 degree Leg Press
- Leg Extension

Wednesday Morning: Dumbbell Weights Program
Wednesday Afternoon: Weights At The Gym
Thursday Afternoon: Dumbbell Weights Program
Friday Morning: Dumbbell Weights Program
Friday Afternoon: Gym Cardio
Saturday Morning: Gym Cardio
- Eventually get to 85 kilograms, Ist goal is to get under 100 kilograms, then the 2nd goal is to get under 95 kilograms and then under 90 kilograms.
- Tone up.
- Improve fitness
