Hello mumnbub, I know that I can't really lose more than about 100g a day, I chose 10th November because it is an achievable weight loss, and includes a slowing down for the last 80 days. Anyway, I'm trying to work on my motivation, I have tried a lot of things and I can tell you a lot of things that do not work! I've discovered one thing that does work, but I won't tell people until I've achieved 100 days of continuous weight loss. However, in terms of eating, just cutting back and sometimes low carbohydrate, although I do get bored with continually eating the same way so often change things around.
