I'm new as you can probably tell.
looking forward to any help and support you guys can give :D
i really don't have that much weight to lose, only about 10-12 kgs, but my main aim is to get down to around 53-55 kgs by 12 august (my 21st birthday yay) 8) and as i only weigh 61 now it may not seem like a big deal but i am having a few troubles getting there. :(
anyways guys n girls.

Hi Roxy, great to have you with us on the forum.
Just jump on any thread you feel like, there are some great tips around and it's always good to listen to other peoples experiences too.
If you are interested there's a Daily Food Diary and an Daily Exercise Diary that are a great way to journal your daily progress. There's also a a few Challenges happening so just jump in anywhere.
If you wish to put up a ticker graph to monitor you weight loss here's a link to explain how it's done - Link to ticker graph instructions

Its usually the smaller amounts of wieght that seem the hardest to loose!

Welcome to the gang. I agree with Clare, its the smaller amounts of weight to lose that seem the hardest but saying that 10-12 kgs is not small amount, we're talking a few dress sizes here.

Anyways, I've got about 10 kg to go on my weightloss journey so we can keep eachother motivated,
