hey everyone i thought id come on here and introduce my self

im emma, 20 and have a 1year old daughter, i had only put on 3kgs after my pregnancy but while i was breastfeeding i was so so hungry and ate all the time and ended up putting on 5kgs, =(, my heaviest weight was 78.6kgs, i am now 71.7kgs. im so happy with the weight i lost, but i need the rest of it gone. i want to get down to 60kgs and then re-assess my goals.

im watching my calories and exercising, gym classes 3 times a week and walking when i have to go to the shops etc, i am hoping to start going to 4-5classes at the gym a week, ill see how i go.

now 98.4 size 18
ultimate (eventually) 50 something kg size 8-10 (want to be 60kg or under)

Hey Emma,

Nice work girl! How tall are you approx? Whats your diet like, what foods are you eating throughout the day? give me a typical couple of days.

Wow you're losing really well considering you're doing a few days of exercise per day - I was killing myself to get down to 62.8kgs in Nov last year with 6 gruelling days of exercise per week but I got there...unfortunately Ive put on about 3 kgs since then and am trying yet again to get back there.

How long are you gym sessions? what do you like doing in the gym?

Goal weight: 60kgs

Ok so my Sydney trip is over and I've reached 64.2kgs - my next weigh in is in 2 weeks time so that whatever damage I did in Sydney will be done and dusted! I would love to lose 4.2kgs by Xmas time and I guess thats where my new goal begins :)
