hey everyone i thought id come on here and introduce my self
im emma, 20 and have a 1year old daughter, i had only put on 3kgs after my pregnancy but while i was breastfeeding i was so so hungry and ate all the time and ended up putting on 5kgs, =(, my heaviest weight was 78.6kgs, i am now 71.7kgs. im so happy with the weight i lost, but i need the rest of it gone. i want to get down to 60kgs and then re-assess my goals.
im watching my calories and exercising, gym classes 3 times a week and walking when i have to go to the shops etc, i am hoping to start going to 4-5classes at the gym a week, ill see how i go.
