I use to be obese, i am now overweight and working towards a healthy BMI. I am currently 5ft8 and 87kgs. I should be where i want to be in a few months time.
I'd love to meet others in the same boat as me and make some great friends, if your in Perth too then i'd love to meet! :D :D

Hi there,
Im a 24 year old female looking for a walking buddy. I live in Craigie and have a big long street to walk around that will probably take 45 - 60 minutes. I just need that extra motivation to do it. anybody looking for a walking buddy?

Hi,

I'm also new. Just getting back into the weight loss/fitness after a month's break due to the flu. Have already lost 12 kilos and would love to lose another 12 and get down to 60 kilos. I'm 39, moved to Perth just over a year ago and would love a walking buddy or even an email buddy to help keep me motivated and accountable. I'm NOR in Doubleview.

Hi ladies,

I'm 23,f, from Sydney and looking at getting back into weight loss mode after taking a break for a few months over xmas and whilst on holiday. The good thing is that the 12 kgs I lost late last year has stayed off so now just looking at dropping another 5ish kgs to get down to my goal weight.

I wanted to wish you all luck and if anyone is from Sydney and looking for a work out partner let me know! Also happy to be an email buddy for anyone because that really helped me stay on track when I lost my 12 kgs last yr - being accountable to someone and having someone there for motivation and to share experiences for can make all the difference. =)

Have a great weekend!

xx
