This forum is great for motivation! :D

A teriyaki chicken hand-roll is 171 calories with 3.1g of fat. This is for teriyaki chicken hand rolls from Sushi Sushi but I assume hand rolls from other outlets are similar in their calories.

If I need to find out calories and fat content I always go to CalorieKing.com.au. It's an Australian site so it's useful in finding foods that aren't available on non-Australian sites.

Kellicopter,

Counting calories is a small part of a complete diet plan. Where the calories come from is more important. Sushi rolls use a white rice grain which is sometimes sweetened. This white rice has a dramatic spike in your BSL and the body responds accordingly. You know the old saying, always hungry an hour after eating Chinese? Rice is a hollow carb and provides few nutrients. If you want to loose body fat stay away from Sushi rolls, just have the salmon on its own.

Good luck

Dane
