Hi. I am so excited I found this forum, I really need support and motivation!
I am 34 years old and a mother of 2.
I am 84kg, down from 86kg since joining the gym 3 weeks ago.
My aim is to get down to 65kg (I am 164cm) and to be fitter so I don't run out of steam chasing the girls.
I want to reach my goal before trying for bub number 3.
I am heavier now than I have ever been, I am still breastfeeding and blamed it all on that, but I really have no excuse apart from being to busy to look after myself (oh, and incredibly lazy
