My name is Jacqui and I've been trying to lose weight after having my son 10 months ago.
Came across this site and thought I should join and talk to others in the same situation.
I'm currently 89kg, have lost 3.5kg in the last 2 weeks which i'm pretty pleased about.
I've been riding my exercise bike every morning and night for 30mins each time and cut back
my meal sizes also. I'd like to lose another 2.5kg in the next 2 weeks and to eventually get down
to my ideal weight of 60-65kg.
