Hi everyone,

My name's Andrea, I'm 20yo studying at uni in Brisbane. I have lost 3 kgs in the past 10 months, (6months has been plateu) and want to lose 5 kgs more. I want to be rid of the muffin top by summer!

Hello Andrea and welcome to the forum.

Great to have you on board. Have a good look around at all the info and feel free to jump in wherever your comfortable.

Check out the General Discussions thread there is some info in there about plateaus that Dolly has posted. It is near the bottom of the page. Sorry I'm no good with the link thing on here. Hopefully that info will give you some tools to kickstart your body to go for the 5kg push.

Well done on your weight loss to date and good luck going forward.
