I am brand new to the weight loss forum. I had a baby girl not quite 1 year ago, and I am still trying to lose my baby weight. I am about 2 kilos off my pre-pregnancy weight.

I have joined the forum, so that I can stay motivated to lose those 2 kilos (which I call phase 1) and then get on to phase 2 which is to lose another 5.

Since having baby V, I have lost 10 kilos but I need help now to lose the next 7. I would love to have another baby (down the track) and don't want to be overweight like I was with my first pregnancy. I ended up getting gestational diabetes, and the chances of having it again are high. If I could just lose the weight, it would be so much better for myself and baby.

I am currently doing lite n easy but not great at sticking to it completely. I have been doing lunch and dinner only - 1500 calories. I was thinking of doing the breakfast, lunch and dinner option to see whether that will keep me on track.

I am interested to know - how people stay on track to lose weight?
