ive been on this site numerous times always looking at posts and tips etc. and have decided that i should start being accountable and recording my progress so when i continually stuff up i can get some encouragement.. or a kick up the butt!
im 26, 178cm tall and currently weigh about 72kg. my aim is to get to 64.
i tend to eat pretty healthy but my major downfall is binge eating. i eat something bad and then i just cant stop. its terrible. and the reason ive got those extra kilos on.
i exercise a fair bit. gym a few times a week and go for walks a fair bit too.
so my plan for this weight loss is....
gym 4 times per week
min walk around the block every day
and most of all... NO BINGE EATING. that is my number one goal. just be healthy!!!
