I Need Support Desperately!!!!

Postby bronwyn » Fri Jun 30, 2006 11:13 am

Hi All

My name is Bronwyn and I desperately need some support to get through this weight loss journey. I am too scared to even jump on the scales but will build up to doing this over the weekend.

Is it silly to think I'll enjoy the weekend and then start my weightloss journey on Monday or does that defeat the purpose and just put more weight on over the weekend to then have to get back off again.

I've been to weight watchers many times and know that I can do it...lost 30kg once but then it crept back on.

Would love to get involved in your weekly weighins and then feel more accountable to someone else knowing if I've lost or gained.

Thank you to anyone who reads this and wants to help support each other through this.

Hello Bronwyn and welcome to the forum.

You will certainly find plenty of support here not to mention all the great information on the home page as well. Be sure to check it out.

Feel free to jump in on any threads, challenges, weigh-ins etc. Look forward to seeing you there.

Oh and I'm sure a few of us did the old enjoy the weekend before we start the weight loss. In fact I'm pretty sure I did!

Good luck! :D
