My tips are..... three healthy meals a day and snack only fresh fruit and veg- this is what I do, get yourself a pocket calorie ccounter book and carry it with you all the time, sigh up to http://www.calorieking.com.au
, even only if you use it to plan your food, invest in some digital kitchen scales and drink lots of water. I also allow myself a sweet treat to the tune of 100-150ish calories each night to help keep me on track although I don't recommend this if you can't 'stop at one'.
Lastly of course make sure youmake time to do some exercise.
