Just thought I would introduce myself.
I have started the Lean for Life program which is American (the Australian version is Healthpointe). It's basically a Low Carbohydrate / Low Fat Diet. It's hard but it works, which is the main thing.
I exercise daily (sometimes more than once if I'm good
). I would like to lose 15-20kg and be in a bikini by Summer (or atleast not wearing Hubby's boardies with my cossies!
I'm looking forward to sharing this journey with everyone. xx
