New here, so a quick introduction -
A friend and I are starting on a weight-loss/fitness journey, and we're just over a week into it. My friend is starting at 120kg, with the goal of getting down to 100kg (and then continuing on from there, of course!), and I'm trying to better my diet and increase muscle mass.
We're hunting around for people that have had success, and people that need help getting motivated too - looking forward to hearing about how you're all going!
