Hi Nikki, welcome to the forum, I haven't tried the Ultra lite diet but it sounds like an excellent plan.

Hi Nikki and welcome to the forum!
Whatever you do try, be sure to retain a good attitude and keep in mind how you can make this work over the long term. I wish you all the best and look forward to seeing you around the forum!

Hello Nikki and welcome to the forum.

I have heard of Ultra Lite as I have been to the site and read the testimonials.

Apart from that I'm not sure how their plan works, but it is obviously working for some.

Good luck with everything. :D

Welcome to the forum Nikki,

I haven't tried Ultralite but have a few friends and family members who have - they had success at the beginning but found it difficult to stick to.

I'm currently on the Tony Ferguson diet plan (started on Monday) and the shakes are very yummy on this one. Have a look at the site and see what you think about that plan. Don't know about the price difference between the 2 products, but I know this one works.

Best wishes for whatever plan you decide on.
