I'm new...I live in Brisbane, Australia
Currently I weigh 72kg and my goal weight is 62-63kgs. I think I know what to do as far as the food side of things go, but I am looking forward to reading and sharing others' experiences on the journey to help me keep motivated!
My main problem is that I have a condition called Sweets Disease which is made worse if I do a lot of walking or exercise...hence the reason I have allowed the weight to stall at 72kg (down from an original 75kg 6 months ago). I am going to try and walk a little each day and see if I can build it up slowly - a little must be better than none anyway!

hello and good luck with the loss..
if walking is what brings it out. maybe try swimming??
Starting weight = 85kg
Mini goal = 70kg
overall goal = 60kg

Well its sounds like you have a bit of a bump in your weight loss road, have you discussed with a doctor what would be the best forms of exercise with the least amount of impact on your condition? Also maybe look for a support forum for your condition also and ask around on there what other sufferer's do to help them maintain a healthy life.
