Hi All

I am new on this forum. I needed some people around me that I could talk to instead of the skinny friends that tell you "no, you look fine!".

I used to be a size 10 when i was working in retail, now I work in an office and due to my lack of excercise everyday I am now a 14. I want to get back to a size 10

I am sick of looking at myself in the mirror and crying

I don't have a bad diet, and I play sport everyweek. I usually have toast for breakfast, sandwich for lunch and a steak with vegies for dinner. I live in a very "low carb" household as my dad cannot eat carbs for health reasons.

I need a kick start and went out and bought celebrity slim today and will start that tomorrow. I figure, it's cheaper than going out and buying toast or a sandwich daily from the cafe near work... PLUS I can lose some kilos from it too.

Does anyone know the rules about drinking alcohol on celebrity slim?

Cheers & See you Around!

hey Moo86 - our goals and situations sound really similar! Let me know if you want to buddy up and chat.

I have just started on Kate Morgan (similar to CS) and finding it quite hard but am going to push through!

Welcome! my work mate was on some of those shakes - he lost a few when he was replacing meals with them...

Then he got sick of drinking all his meals - so he ate again and gained double what he lost!

Healthy diet and exercise is what will work.

what sport do you play and how often?
