Okie dokie, question time.
Well, I am seeing a doctor, with mum on board too, and no, im not overly overweight. I am actually going for my black belt in karate this year and in order to achieve the level of health and fitness i need, i need to improve the way i eat.
Also, I have found over recovering, (i was bulimic pretty much all last year and have recently stopped this year, but im still fighting it.) that if i diet i dont want to abuse myself emotionally or make myself sick.
You may know a thing or two about being bulimic, but for me its all about guilt and fear. I can illuminate both by eating healthy and not having to worry about going 'oh dear god what have i done' after eating large amounts of crap. See where im coming from?
Also, im not very tall, so the weight i carry hangs off quite visibly. :\
I guess the bottom line is, this is to both mentally and physically improve my health.
