alisvolatpropriis, I have done it through a diet consisting of mainly fresh whole foods. If it comes in box or lasts more than a week, I don't eat it. Also, I have exercised pretty much every day and am currently doing Kung Fu and CrossFit
. I used to hate exercising, but I have come to love it.
Basically, I had to change my whole lifestyle, but it has been worth it.
