I'm about half way to my weight loss goal. I started at 73.9, and got down to 65.1 before falling off the wagon. I'm now at 66.9. My goal weight is to get to 59.9kgs. So not heaps to go. My exercise goal is to be able to jog constanly for 30min. I used to swim before the winter shut down the pool for the season so i started to give running ago. its harder because the weather is freezing and not real inviting. I want to compete in a 5k race when i'm fit enough.
