1yr smoke free, now for the weight

i quit smoking a year ago today after 27 years. i am 42 and i weigh 95.7kg, my daughter is getting married in two years and i want to be at a healthy weight of 60 kg by then. i am only 5'1 so i am very, very fat for my hight :oops:

Welcome! Well done on the smoking that is no easy feat if you can do that then you will kick your extra pudgy bits butt!

Congrats on the 1 year smoke free! I am trying to quit... no luck *sigh*

What are you doing atm to try shift the weight? :D

Congratulations on quitting smoking. That's the best thing you'll ever do for your health! And it makes it a lot easier to do the exercise needed to lose the weight. Good luck with your weight loss! I'm sure you'll be looking trim and terrific for your daughter's wedding. :D
