Hi everyone! I am so excited I have joined this forum. I look forward to networking with people and talking about diets and lifestyle changes, maybe recipes! I am a vegetarian, so no meat!

Welcome to the forum! Check out the recipe page - I know I've put a few recipes in there that are meat-free that you might like!!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
