I am now a bride to be, but started before that happened. If you want to tone up quickly, I can't emphasise exercise enough. I have the video of Denise Austin's Pilates for Every Body and I credit it with really toning my arms. Not entirely sure about the tummy as that's my weak spot, but Pilates will build the abs, you just have to lose the fat to see it
I'm sure whatever you do will help though, but don't get too hung up on it, you will not want to remember the day by how much you worried about how you looked.
