Hi, i'm Alana, i've been trying to lose weight for a few months now. I joined a gym and have had personal training sessions almost every week for the last 3 months but no matter what i do i don't seem to be able to lose weight. I have issues with binge eating and i tend to eat a lot, even though i'm not hungry.
The last week i've been really trying to take my weight loss seriously, i've been to the gym more times than usual, am eating better and i figured that joining a forum would help me as i can talk to others who have the same problems as me.
Hopefully we can all help each other, i'm very shy about my weight, have issues talking about it in person but i figure the forum will be a good environment to really kick start my weight loss.
