I have just found this forum and WOW some of the weight that has been lost by the members are incredible!
I am 24 years old, female, 1.65cm tall, and currently weigh 69.9kg.
I need to lose 14.9kg, to get to my final Goal Weight of 55kg - hoping to get this done by the end of the year! which gives me around 28weeks! (approx 500gm per week) I am giving myself a longer period of time because in the past I have tried diets and everything else, when no results show soon after starting I give up and put on more weight.
I have also joined Calorie King and they recommend I eat 1320 cals per day! I am into martial arts and do this approx 3 times a week, and plan to walk at least half an hour on the days I don't train (hopefully I can keep it up in the cold Melbourne weather)
My question to those who have lost weight - HOW DID YOU DO IT? and HOW DID YOU STAY MOTIVATED?
I will definitely be using this forum to keep on track and hopefully some of the members will help kick my b*tt into shape!
I look forward to reading other members posts on their triumphs
