Ive been struggling with my weight for a few years, a bit of a yo-yo, tried pretty much everything that is out there from shakes to pre-prepared meals, at the end of the day I have learnt that it comes down to me and I have to learn to make the right choices myself so that is what is workinf for me now, no diets just a new lifestyle.
Everytime I get off the train after work and want to go home and laze in front of the PC I think of my goals and how just going home wont help me to achieve them.
When im out wiht friends and im hungry and im thinking of a burger and chips I remember my goals. I will admit here I do not like salad/cold food, so instead of salad I have steamed veges, I love veges and will eat them any old way, for me as long as food is hot I find it more satisfying then food that is cold.
Ive set myself a Ginormous but not unobtainable goal that I want to achive and to get there im working hard on the many parts of it that I need to the achieve it.
The goals Ive set include
- *BMI below 30
*waist below 88cm
*weight 60kg or a little below.
My final goal is financial and im hoping to have all my debts paid off within this time as well, so I am living on a budget as well which is good, because minimal spending money means less chance of wasting money on junk food.
At the end of all this I am hoping to be in a condition both physically and academically to apply to and pass the required tests to join the NSW Police Accademy.
My Time Frame
I am hoping to be able to send my application in Mid next year so that I can try for the Early 2011 intake.
Im looking forward to making new friends, and traveling together as we each continue towards our own personal goals.
