I was a massive kid (like, really massive! at 19 I cracked 130kg and finally got the s&$ts at myself) until I decided to wear out 2 exercise bikes to get myself down to 105.. moved into a flat with a lap pool and dropped another 10 in 6 months.. After all that i got into weights and crept back up to 105kg and i'm just not as happy with how i look as i want to be!
Recently I decided that I wanna try and push myself to get back down to around 90ish.. I found this forum and thought if i can post some form of journal online i'll be a lot more commited to my goals..
I'm thinking 15kg over 3 months is a little bit too much to lose, so over the next 3 months i'm hoping to:
- drop my body fat below 20%
weight around 95kg
and i'm done, wish me luck
