Hi my name is Sophie and I need to loose 10 kilos haha :)

Well I am going on a one month holiday in the states where I will be a bridesmaid... the bride has kindly chossen material that CLINGS to every inch of me and I have to loose some weight... well to feel good too and to become healthy....

So I am starting as off today. I am going to be logged in helping everyone reach thier goal!

My biggest weekness is when I am happy I eat and eat and eat..... :( when I am stressed i dont eat :wink:

All my weight either goes to my butt or my face and im skinny in the middle which isnt an attractive look a double chin no chest and big butt :(

anyway ..... im going to be posting :) goodluck all!

Hi Sophie,
welcome to the forum! I'm pretty sure that you're going to look fantastic at the wedding no matter what :wink: But if you do manage to lose the weight as well, then you'll be healthy AND gorgeous to boot :D
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
