Hi guys! Before I give you a quick blurb about myself I've never joined a forum like this before and I am quite nervous, but I have been reading posts and it seems like everyone is really great.
When I was 8-15 I did just about every sport imaginable and was very fit and active. Now that I am older I do a lot less sports and instead spend most of my time on the computer, and because of that I've gain around 20 or so kilos. This has made me quite unhappy (trying to fit into old clothes and having them be A LOT tighter than they were before) and for the last month or so I have started slowing moving into a calorie controlled diet and exercise. Even though I have the support of my friends, I hope to make new friends who I can share this journey with
