Hi my name is Katie, i am 22 years old.
I currently weigh approximately 75 kg and I am 168 cm.
My goal weight is 65 kg.
I have joined contours and I am planning to go about 3 times a week. I have managed about 2 times a week for the last 3 weeks. My major down fall is snacking. I work in a health environment but there is a strong culture of cake days and patients giving us chocolate as thankyou presents. It very hard to resist. This continues when i get home and I find myself bored and then searching for something to eat as something to do.
