Hi all, I'm new here, well kinda! I was here a few years ago but wasnt all that serious. I'm back now having lost 20kg, with another 19ish to go.
I'm not following any plan really, just eating less and exerxising more. My attitude towards food has changed a lot, in that i wouldnt dare think of having a big bag of chips or m&m's with my partner every night while watching tv . I still eat some junk, but its in moderation and once I've had a bit I'm over it. I know I could not live without ever eating corn chips or chocolate so I'm more than happy to include them every so often, hey its better than bingeing! I also try to stick to low GI foods.
As for exercise, I'm still pretty lame in that department. I do anything from 30 mins to 2 hrs a day, made up of cycling, walking, situps and my fitness coach on the Wii (don't knock it! I love it). I don't feel comfortable exercising in front of people, so joining the gym is out for at least another 10kg!
