A little Stuck!

Hi Everyone,

Been trying to loose weight for about 8 months now. And Im stuck so ive come searching for emotional support!!!!

I think im going ok....

Eating all healthy fresh veggies and fruit. I have one cheat day a week - normally saturday.

Exercise - 4 -5 sessions per week. 85% Cardio including running 3 k's per session and spin classes.

I seem to be stuck now.

I have 8 - 10 kilos to loose. And have lost about 3 so far since November 2008.

Hi Amylou,

It sounds like you're doing all the right things, so keep at it. Make sure you are eating enough calories otherwise you will slow your metabolism down and it will be harder to shift the weight.

Remember the less weight you have to lose the slower it comes off, so be patient. If you do the right thing most of the time you will lose weight.

you should try weight training. it usually gets you over the plateau
2010 goal: get to 56-8kg and keep fit & healthy!
