Hi all
well lets see i've spent 7 months lossing 10 kgs only to come home and regain 5 kg in 6 weeks :evil: Yes i no why suddenly not massaging 6 hrs aday 5 days a week and not walking 20 mins to work. But i still workout 4 days a week for 1hr plus eat pretty well.

Well time to get into it again so looking for motivation. Cos the goal weight is 65kg currently now :( 87kg. Looking foward to chatting

I know how dispiriting it can be to have only a minor change in lifestyle result in regaining weight. You're not alone in having that happen to you! I'm sure with a few adjustments to your eating and exercise plan you'll lose that weight again in no time.
