well lets see i've spent 7 months lossing 10 kgs only to come home and regain 5 kg in 6 weeks Yes i no why suddenly not massaging 6 hrs aday 5 days a week and not walking 20 mins to work. But i still workout 4 days a week for 1hr plus eat pretty well.
Well time to get into it again so looking for motivation. Cos the goal weight is 65kg currently now 87kg. Looking foward to chatting
