Actually a newbie to this website but it looks great.

Im from Perth *hello*

My main goal is to get fitter, to be a healthier person.

Food is generally not my problem - the exercise part of it is.

I just want to go on a plane and not have to use a seat belt extender!!

Good work with the goals, you've taken the first steps! I'm sure you can do it... No more :oops: on planes!

Well I'm not from Perth but did live in Fremantle for a number of years.

There is an exercise diary on here and also challenges popping up from time to time. Feel free to jump on in.

I didn't realise there were so many people from Perth in this forum its great!!

I've browsed a lot of the topics and its all very helpful, love the recipes so far.

Once I actually get a scale will post my weight Im sure its past 100 so I have a way to go but Im finally ready to comit to a healthier lifestyle.
