Hello everyone, started browsing here yesterday. Thought it might be a good idea to join. Am from country Victoria. Have lost 40 kilos so far but have another 10 to go. Have been stuck on this weight for a while but have been exercising like crazy and losing inches, so all is good. If I could only lose the weight too.

Hi stilltrying, you almost got it right with the ticker graph, it's the code titled bbCode that you have to copy and paste to this forum, give it another try.

I do feel great. But get disheartened when the last 10 wont come off as quickly as the rest. But if I can do it anyone can.

Welcome Stilltrying. I'm rapidly coming to the conclusion that the last 20% of your weight loss takes 80% of the effort.

- but don't worry. We've got this far and we're not giving up any time soon!

Yes I think that you are right Alderbaran. But when you look at how far we have come the last little bit is really not that unattainable.
