I just thought i will introduce myself.
Im a 23 year old student about to finish her bachelor degree in pharmaceutical science.
Unfortunatelly probably like many others here I'm on the wrong side of scales and would like to loose around 20 kg.
I'm 165cm and 80 kg.
Currently i signed up for lite-and easy to work out the portion sizes and amount of food I should be eating a day. however i don't plan to stay on it for long. just some time to teach myself.
Another goal for me is to start a exercise regime that later on i can continue through my life.
On a fun side im a big movie freak, with a giant movie collection. So recommendation fopr something new and that i havent seen before are always welcome.
I love music, censored and soccer.
