I've been having a look around here tonight, and thought I'd better join up as everyone is so great and supportive!!
I've already lost about 10kg this year, just by going to the gym twice a week and cutting back on a few things but I've decided to get serious about the last 13kg. I've just started upping the exercise by running a couple of times a week after work and have also started on green smoothies (yep, they're as scary as they sound!) but I'll definitely be getting some tips and motivation from everyone here!
