I'm not a huge chubby checker fan, I just couldn't think of a name for a weight loss forum so went for that one
I'm male, 27 years old, 185cm tall and I'll weigh myself tomorrow (I'm expecting something in the vicinity of 105kg).
My weight history is that as a child I wasn't particularly overweight but always snacked too much. Late in highschool my weight reached it's peak of 117kg, then reduced to 110kg. Before I turned 20 I went on a 3 month diet which resulted in my weight dropping to 83 kg (a 27 kilo loss in 3 months). Everyone was surprised by that, but after a little while I didn't think it changed my life all that much so just let the weight come back on.
I've come on this site for a bit of accountability, so I'll have to figure out how to use those graphical weight loss trackers. I want to post my weight loss each week, and get comments/support from other users. I'll also comment in other peoples' posts!
I'm starting the diet today, so wish me luck
