New here! Just starting this journey...... officially starting this Thurs.
I am 26 years old. I have always been a slim person..... until I fell pregnant with my daughter who is now 3.5yrs.
Pre-pregnancy weight was always around the 75kg mark (no more than that). I am 180cm tall.
I now weigh (as of this morning) 93.1kg
My goal is 78kg because when I look at my old photos I think I could have used a bit more meat on my bones.... just not this much
I am not really one for exercise, never have been really. I did it now and then. Was going to the gym weekly for a few months but didnt stick with it
This Thursday my hubby and I are buying a row machine. I use to use one at the gym so I know its something I can do with no excuses lol. It will also be my 1st healthy shopping day
