Back Again

Postby tess88 » Fri Aug 25, 2006 11:13 am

Ok Everyone Ive decided to start posting again as I have stuffed up these last 6 or so months! Ive been going to a personal trainer 5 times a week and then eating healthy and on the w/e's screwing up my diet by downing loads of fatty/sugary/generally unhealthy (but yummy) foods!! So now im seeing a dietician and hopefully this will get me back on track. I cant believe I failed in the first place and wasted the last 6 months! Well no more of that for me. Im going to use the next three months I have before I turn 18 to burn up all my fat and get back down to 60kg! Im currently at 72kg, two kg's heavier than when i began! Thanks for listening

Also I forgot to ask, does anyone know how to get hold of one of those examples of fat that they have in chemists and health food stores, they are like a life size blob of 1kg of fat. Id love to get hold of one so everytime I want a biscuit Ill touch the fat and think nah I dont want that on my thighs!!

Hi Kate!
Haha yeah I dunno how that chicken breast would go if I had it on my desk at work. I work for a law firm so it would probably scare a few ppl away at least ahha! Maybe Ill freeze a kg of butter and wrap it in plsatic and have it in the drawer under my desk?! ahah

Hi Tess, good to have you back on track and losing weight with us again. Weekends are the downfall of most eating plans (visitors, parties, family bringing in tempting junk food & takeouts etc)

Tess, I'm sure the time wasn't wasted... you probably learned something from it or got extra determination for this time around.
Good luck with it.
