Hello my name is Jodie and I have just discovered this site and like many others have tried so many diets and spent lots of money and to be back to where i started from (nearly anyway) havent explored this site as yet and any advice, motivation and support i will be grateful and will be happy to be there for you as well. What is good on this site??
Hope to talk soon im sick of being miserable!! Please help!! :cry:

Hello Jodie and welcome to the forum.

The home page has lots of tools and information so be sure to check it out. There is info on dieting tips, food recipes, exercise as well as tools to measure BMI healthy weight ranges, energy expenditure and the like.

There is plenty of support here and feel free to join in the challenges and diaries.

Hi Jodie, welcome to the forum!!
For me, the most useful things were the food and exercise diaries (although I'm not using them now for time constraint reasons and because I've gotten into a routine which I know now). I found they kept me accountable while I was still breaking habits!
