I'm on yet another quest to lose weight. Currently, I am 170cm and 150Kg
So far I have done optifast, many years ago and lost 20 kilos. I've also been to Weight Watchers so many times, I can't remember how many times I have rejoined, but also lost weight. I've got a gym memebership which I haven't used for about 2 months
Now, I am giving up spending money on weight loss gimicks. I need to change my lifestyle.
I'm sick of counting points, I can't tolerate starvation via optifast and so amgoing back to basics.
The highest weight I have been is 162Kg.
So, I'll be around in the forums. My plan is to drop 20Kg by the end of the year.
