Serial Yo Yo'er Returns

Postby GoddessInside » Sun Aug 30, 2009 5:32 pm

Guess who's back ? Back Again ?

This is my enth time back and every time I say Im going to do it ... every time I disappoint.

It's been nearly 3 months since I was last here and to be honest I wasnt going to return, I was "happy" staying out of "public" eye and away from the forum, eating myself silly. I knew I've been doing myself harm, I knew I shouldn't be doing what I've been doing. I've been lazy, reckless and paying complete disregard to my body.

I peaked at 199.7kgs again. I have managed to lose 4.7kgs and weighed in yesterday at 195.0 kgs. My heart's not coping, my joints are hurting and not to mention Im living under that big black cloud of depression yet again. It's hard and lonely..... BUT I don't want to go hating myself or doing this to my body anymore. Im far too scared of what is around the corner if I keep going the way I am. I need to make some drastic changes sooner rather than later.

So for the old faces still here ! Hugs !! For the new faces I haven't met. Hey ! I look forward to sharing with you all :)

Hi Helen, it's great to see you back :D .
I have often thought of you and how you were doing. I had hoped you would jump on here one day and announce that you were almost there or something.
Anyway what is done is done, time to pull that finger out and get on with things  .

What are your plans for getting back on track?
I dont know if this helps or not but I once read something about a bloke (I think) that started his weight loss journey by just eating healthy every second day, he would more or less ate what he wanted one day and then the next day he ate very strictly. Obviously it made for a slower loss but it did work. Food for thought perhaps 8) .

Best of luck and I look forward to sharing the bumpy ride with you :D .

Keep strong, Sue XXX OOO.
