I have often thought of you and how you were doing. I had hoped you would jump on here one day and announce that you were almost there or something.
Anyway what is done is done, time to pull that finger out and get on with things
What are your plans for getting back on track?
I dont know if this helps or not but I once read something about a bloke (I think) that started his weight loss journey by just eating healthy every second day, he would more or less ate what he wanted one day and then the next day he ate very strictly. Obviously it made for a slower loss but it did work. Food for thought perhaps
