Im new to this forum.
Im 25 years old, 172cm tall and as of this morning i weighted 90.3kgs.
My goal weigth is 70kgs.
Im training at the moment doing going muay thai and BJJ 3 times a week ... and also try and get up for a Morning run/walk.
Im currently reviewing my diet to try and get the best possible results every week.
What would be the quickest i could loose that weight ????
Any help would be appreciated guys
