Hi Chauntelle, i am doing the gym, food and exercise regime for my wedding too.
My wedding is going to be on the 2nd August and i want to make sure that i look nice in a pair of swimmers as we plan to go to Vanuatu for our wedding and i'd hate to come home to find out that i had "fat" wedding pics to look over for life.
I bought the calorie and fat counter book and read it front to back. I allowed myself 1200 to 1500 calories a day and only 25 grams max of fat but i think i could have up to 35 grams.
I go to the gym everyday and have been doing that for 6 weeks. After 12 weeks i can have 1 days rest then after another 6 weeks i can have 2 days rest of gym.
I ride or rollerblade everyday and squeeze in tai bo 2 days a week.
I am also very impatient and want to see results straight away, thats why i decided to just go for it, eat the right way, exercise like mad and hope that i see results before i get bored and give it all up like usual.
So far i am doing really well, have gone from 72kgs to 64kgs and want to be 58 kgs for my wedding.
I have weighed 99.8 kgs at my worst and never want to go there again.
